AUSSIE INFLUENCER GETS SEVERE FOOD POISONING AFTER DINING AT A MICHELIN STAR RESTAURANT AT POPULAR TOURIST SPOT IN PARIS: 'THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE'

An Australian influencer has claimed she got food poisoning after dining at a Michelin star restaurant at the Louvre in Paris on Sunday.

Rozalia Russian, the glamorous wife of nightclub owner Nick Russian, explained she enjoyed a meal with her husband and two kids at a well-known establishment.

She told her Instagram followers, she wasn't very hungry so decided to order a 'light meal' of a Salad Nicoise, which she alleged caused her to become extremely ill.

'Last night in Paris, we ate here. The view was stunning. I wasn't starving so I ordered something light and then…. Food poisoning!!' Rozalia, 36, wrote.

'It was our travel day as well. In between being sick I would say 10 times that morning sweating and shivering. I have no idea how I got through airport security, two flights and a car transfer.'

She said: 'Would put it up there with one of the worst days of my life! Food poisoning is the pits! See you never tuna.'

After arriving in Italy, Rozalia shared an update, explaining: 'So little update on the food poisoning situation. I woke up at 2am and felt sick and nauseous and then at 3am I started vomiting.'

She explained they were leaving Paris and she visited the pharmacy at the airport to get tablets but they didn't help her.

'I couldn't even stand up straight. I had to sit down… My whole body was aching,' she said.

Rozalia then visited the medical centre at the airport and the doctor prescribed her more tablets.

'Long story short, it was one of the worst days of my life,' she admitted.

Rozalia is currently enjoying a European holiday with her husband Nick, 45, and their two children Willow, 10, and Kingston, seven.

The couple met over 10 years ago when she visited his nightclub Eve in Melbourne.

In 2016, Nick and his brother Daniel decided to close the venue, which had been a celebrity hotspot.

'It was mixed emotions when it ended because every single morning on a Saturday, I would wake up with massive anxiety about the night ahead,' Nick told Domain in 2021 about the club.

'When I walked out there for the final time, it felt like an enormous relief to an extent. I also felt proud because we have achieved everything we possibly could.'
