MEGAN FOX, MACHINE GUN KELLY, KIM KARDASHIAN AND EMILY RATAJKOWSKI LEAD A-LISTERS AT BILLIONAIRE MICHAEL RUBIN'S JULY 4 HAMPTONS WHITE PARTY

Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin's All-White 4th of July party is well underway, with guests like Megan Fox, Machine Gun Kelly, and Kim Kardashian already seen arriving at his Hamptons manse for what's become somewhat a yearly tradition.

The billionaire party king is accommodating some big names this time around, including Kardashian - who was seen arriving in a silky  halter top and matching skirt - and Tom Brady and Emily Ratajkowski.

Ratajkowski was seen arriving with friend Winnie Harlow, after several less notable guests were seen schmoozing on the sports mogul's posh property, dressed to the nines in aesthetic outfits.

Stars like Jake Paul and Don Lemon were seen pulling up around 7pm ET - a taste of the A-listers still to come for the anticipated Bridgehampton occasion.

As it stands, it's bash's fourth year, with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model Brooks Nader, 27, among those arriving shortly thereafter.

Rubin's model fiancée, meanwhile, 33-year-old Camille, was seen flaunting her own outfit - and toned abs - on social media, as she kicked off the gathering with an accompanying caption, 'white party time.'

Other photos showed other white-clad women enjoying the view from the 51-year-old's $50 million oceanfront home, soaking in the sun in front of his floor-to-ceiling windows.

The beach of Bridgehampton sits just across the way, facing the glass-covered structure's four floors and sprawling roof.

Balconies at the home are thus of course in abundance, and on Thursday afternoon played host to the arriving guests.

Some sipped champagne, while some snapped selfies, as all flaunted their all-white outfits and designer shades for paparazzi outside the gated property.

Amid these early arrivals, Rubin was seen keeping watch of his kingdom from the edge of his roof deck, ahead of what is set to be a star-studded night.

In the driveway, people like Lemon, Paul, and Colombian rapper J Balvin were seen funneling in cars for the most part piloted by drivers, though Lemon, accompanied by real estate broker boyfriend Tim Malone, chose to drive himself.

The pair were seen pulling in a vintage convertible, as 90210 alum Jessica Lowndes was seen flashing a smile from her own car.

The car driven by the out-of-work anchor was a Lincoln Continental - a means of transport that stood out in the fleet of all-black SUVs.

All contrasted with the party's all-white theme, which was on full display by both the host and early arrivals.

By 7pm, a crowd of waiters and other contracted staffers were seen coalescing at the home's entrance, as people continued to show up.

Some dressed in suits like this guests, while others dressed down - still in tasteful shades of white that adhered to the strict dress code.

Also adhering was none other than Rubin himself, though still in jeans and a simple, open but-down.

Underneath, the businessman chose to don an even simpler, immaculate T-shirt, despite being worth a reported $11.5billion, according to Forbes.

Around 7:30pm, 27-year-old Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model Nader was seen joining the festivities, after already attending the pre-party the day before.

She arrived hand-in-hand with her similarly dressed sister Grace Ann, and turned heads as the pair slowed down for the cameras.

Meanwhile, more continued to file in as the sun set on the idyllic Hamptons paradise, which has hosted the likes of Ben Affleck, Brady, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, DJ Khaled and Kevin Hart in the past.

All were among the 350 attendance at the bash last year, as were Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez and Jay-Z.

This year, rapper French Montana stopped by for the occasion, appearing to deviate from the dress code slightly by wearing a white-pink suit

Last year, Usher last year led a stirring rendition of 'Happy Birthday' for a then celebrating Hart, who is set to turn 45 on Saturday. He was not among the guests seen arriving earlier on in the night.

At the back of the house, stars like Fox, Machine Gun Kelly, Harlow, Karlie Kloss, Joshua Kushner, Robert Kraft, and Ratajakowski were spotted, as all the guests began to arrive.

Among them was Kardashian, as her rumored former flames Brady and Odell Beckham Jr. remained unseen.

A little after 9pm, fireworks processions across the East Coast fired off to ring in the holiday - including one at the Sag Harbor Yacht Club, on the other side of East Hampton.

Those at the party in Bridgehampton will not be graced with such a view,  nor will they be able to see the even more famous, three-decade firework procession over Three Mile Harbor, even further away.

Instead, guests will be provided a steady stream of drinks and hors d'oeuvre at the behest of the billionaire, who made his fortune after selling his old apparel and logistics company, Global Sports Incorporated, to eBay in 2011.

The $2.4 billion deal secured him $150 million in profit, after which he repurchased Fanatics Inc., as well as Rue La La, a flash seller, and ShopRunner, a retail benefits program.

Today, he serves as Fanatics's CEO and executive chairman on Rue La La's board, after Shoprunner was sold to Fedex for $228 million.

In the years since, Rubin has successfully secured a variety of deals with firm like Nike, the NFL, and MLB, granting his company the right to manufacture and sell all Nike fan gear for both leagues.

Such deals have helped him secured $350 million in Series E funding for Fanatics, raising its evaluation to more than $31 billion, from $6.2 billion in 2021.
