MACCA'S SET TO LAUNCH THE UK'S MOST POPULAR MENU ITEM IN AUSTRALIA

McDonald's Australia is bringing Britain's most popular menu item Down Under for the first time.
Customers can get their hands on the Steakhouse Stack as part of the limited edition winter menu from Wednesday July 3.
But fans from the UK might notice something amiss with the burger which had undergone an Aussie makeover.
The burger is made with two beef patties, shredded lettuce, crispy golden onions and slivered red onions topped with a creamy peppercorn mayo, served on a toasted gourmet bun just like's its UK counterpart.
Here's the twist: The Aussie version offers a twist of Aussie Jack cheese instead of cheddar, is made with Australian-grown beef and has a gourmet bun instead of a seeded bun.
Mozzarella Sticks, another fan favourite, have also made an appearance on the latest menu and are now served with sweet chilli sauce.
Liz Whitbread, Senior Brand Manager for McDonald's Australia said: 'Our winter menu is all about giving our customers a seasonal spin on Macca's iconic flavours.
'Starring a brand-new hearty burger from the UK with an Aussie twist, combined with a cheesy side and delicious banana-flavoured desserts, Macca's is bringing the smiles, warmth and comfort this winter for the entire family.'
Customers better act quickly if they'd like to try the Aussie twist on the British burger as the offer is only available for a limited time.
Also making a debut on the winter menu is the Banana Caramel Pie Chocolate McFlurry.
The dessert is made with creamy chocolate soft serve ice cream topped with crispy pastry pieces filled with a creamy banana custard and caramel sauce.
A drizzle of delicious caramel sauce is also added on top.
The popular Banana Caramel Pie has also made a return after a four year hiatus.
Earlier this year McDonald's relaunched the cult favourite Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramello McFlurry across the country.
The delicious dessert is made with soft serve ice cream and paired with Cadbury chocolate flakes and an indulgent swirl of Caramello sauce.
It became an instant hit after launching in 2019 and customers have longed for its return ever since.
After the launch date, customers can get their hands on the tasty treat at McDonald's restaurants and via the MyMacca's App, but only for a limited time. Both vanilla and chocolate soft serve options are also available.
